How this register is kept

Each step is the action the procedure officially requires, with the page it was read from. A step with no source says so instead of pretending.

Official requirements, professional interpretation and real-world practice are kept apart. An expert's signature names the person, their registry entry and the date it ends — it never averages into a bare “verified”.

People who ran the procedure report back. Their reports are de-identified and compared; only a fact that recurs becomes an insight. No one's documents are in here.
The register publishes what a procedure requires. It is not legal advice, and an entry never replaces the authority that issues the decision — it states what that authority requires, and names where it was read.
