Trust
Trust should be traceable.
LexHelps keeps authoritative sources, professional review, professional identity and private case access distinct so users can understand where information came from, who reviewed it and who can access it.
Know who is providing the professional judgment.
Professional identity is verified separately from the procedures a professional reviews. Depending on the profession and jurisdiction, verification may include identity, professional registration and organization information.
Identity verified
We confirmed the identity associated with the account.
Professional verified
The relevant professional credential or registration has been checked.
Organization verified
The organization has been checked where applicable.
Procedure attested
A verified professional has attested a specific procedure revision.
A verified professional does not automatically make every procedure they use or publish verified. Procedure review and attestation remain tied to the relevant revision.
How professional verification works
Submit
Identity and professional information
Check

Review
Conflicts or incomplete information may require additional review
Status
Verification status becomes visible where relevant
Recheck
Professional credentials may need to be reconfirmed over time
A requirement should be able to answer: “Says who?”
Authoritative source
What the official material says.
Professional review
Professional review or interpretation associated with the procedure.
Practice context
Operational context observed in practice.
Procedure revision
The specific version the review applies to.
These layers remain distinct. Professional review and practice context do not silently replace the underlying source.
Professional judgment stays identifiable.
LexHelps can structure procedural requirements, evaluate encoded conditions against case facts and evidence, and maintain procedural state.
When interpretation, evidence review, an exception or readiness requires professional judgment, that point is surfaced rather than represented as an automated professional decision.
Professional decisions remain attributable to the relevant professional and context.
Starting a procedure does not automatically share your case.
A LexSpace procedure can be public while the case created from it remains private.
If a user requests professional review, the request is sent first. The private case becomes collaborative only when the relevant professional relationship is accepted.
Professionals only receive access to cases they are authorized to collaborate on.
Data & privacy
- Case data is separate from public procedure content.
- Professional identity data is handled separately from public profile information.
- Identity documents are processed through the verification provider rather than displayed publicly.
- Public professional profiles expose only appropriate professional information.
- Private identity information such as date of birth and government ID is never shown publicly.
AI assists. Sources govern.
AI can help structure, explain and work with procedural information. Authoritative sources, encoded procedure logic and identifiable professional review remain distinct from generated output.
AI does not independently decide legal outcomes, government eligibility, approval, rejection or professional legal judgment.
